Aubrey Plaza

Aubrey Plaza (born June 26, 1984) is a performer, comedian and known for expressing her humor in a deadpan way. April Ludgate plays her on Parks and Recreation. In the Jeannie Tate Show her character began her web-based series debut after doing comedy sketches and improv shows at the Upright Citizens Brigade Theater Plaza. Her career continued with appearances in Funny People by Judd Apatow and Scott Pilgrim vs. World. Her birth should be celebrated this day. Aubrey Christina Plaza born Wilmington Delaware, the daughter of lawyer Bernadette Plazaand financial specialist David Plaza. The father of her is Puerto Rican while her mother is Irish and English. Plaza graduated from a Catholic all-girls school in 2002, and then from the New York University's Tisch School of the Arts in the year 2006. She was president of her student body at her high school and was a part of Wilmington Drama League productions during her senior year. Plaza was struck by stroke in her sophomore year at college. The result was an expressive aphasia aswell being paralyzed. She is now fully recovered. Plaza began performing improv, sketch comedy and a variety of other forms at the Upright Citizens Brigade Theater New York City in 2004. In addition, she has been performing stand-up comedy at The Laugh Factory and The Improv in N.Y.C. Plaza played in E.S.P.N.'s Mayne Street as Robin Gibney, The Jeannie Tate Show with Ben Schwartz and also the debut Terrible Decisions episode. In CollegeHumor's Troopers, she performed the role of Princess in an satirical sci-fi creation. Plaza was first a saxophone player in Cassorla's Bona Fide (2014). The first time she appeared was in Father John Misty's Hollywood Forever Cemetery Sings in 2012. In 2012, as Hawaiian Coffee, she appeared on The HarmonQuest's HarmonQuest 2016 as a Gnome. In addition, she played Aaron Burr in Drunk History, and Cat Adams for Season 11 of C.B.S. Criminal Minds, a TV series. The triumphant return of Plaza to her role was during Season 12. In the following year, it was confirmed Plaza was set to appear in the comedy show An Evening with Beverly Luff Linn.
